The principle that defines what makes something a valid Anchor.
A valid Anchor requires three conditions: it must have been created at the moment of the event (not reconstructed afterwards), it must be physically stable in a form the Veil cannot edit without destroying, and it must have a witness — someone who saw both the event and the creation of the Anchor. The First Anchor Card meets all three.
